Job Summary
The School of Dentistry seeks a qualified HR Specialist to join its dynamic HR Team. This role will provide essential HR transactional and administrative support to HR Business Partners and the HR Director. Key responsibilities include processing a variety of Personnel Action Requests (PARs), managing new hire paperwork for faculty, and facilitating SoDo New Employee Orientation. The ideal candidate should demonstrate initiative, organization, diplomacy, and a service-oriented mindset while embodying a collaborative spirit and strong follow-through in supporting the HR teams and their customers. Who We Are
As a member of the SoD HR team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of policies and procedures covering most areas of human resources for the School of Dentistry. The School of Dentistry has over 800 faculty and staff that support almost 700 students, both undergraduate and graduate/PhD programs.
