ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION: Beyond Campus Innovations Holdings LLC (BCI) holds a strategic partnership in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a university offering Masters Programs in specific career fields.

 

BCI seeks terminally degreed (PhD, DBA, or related) with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the field of Digital Marketing, who are experienced with master’s level adult learners in a 100% remote online environment. The Digital Marketing Department is seeking a pool of qualified applicants for adjunct teaching assignments. These positions are filled as needed, and recruitment is ongoing for courses like Digital Marketing Management, Online and Social Media Marketing, Digital Brand Management, Consumer Behavior, IMC and Digital Campaign Planning, and Digital Marketing Analytics.

DESCRIPTION: If you seek interaction, discussion and knowledge sharing among online students then Beyond Campus Innovations International Programs offers an online teaching opportunity for Adjunct Associate Professor’s that excel at online live lectures and teaching through grading.

  • Actively respond to student emails within 24 hours and be online five days per week, including one weekend day.
  • Post at least two Announcements per week.
  • Provide seven engaging online lectures during the term.
  • Engage and respond to all students' discussion posts.
  • Enjoy teaching through grading on all assignments within 72 hours of submission.
  • Grade only one (1) assignment per week for a total of 12 gradable items per student.
  • Use appropriate technologies to enhance online lectures in Blackboard Collaborate.

What you will not do:

  • Develop Course Content - PowerPoints are provided and the course content is ready for you.
  • Take attendance - not required
  • Grading exams or quizzes - not required
  • Holding office hours - not required
  • Submitting final grades - not required
  • Other “administrative duties” - not required

Adjunct Associate Professor’s that successfully complete 2 years of service are promoted to the title of Adjunct Professor.

Qualifications:

  • PhD/DBA in field of study or related terminal degree required from an accredited Business School (AACSB/ACBSP.
  • Minimum 2-3 years teaching online at the college/university level.
  • Expertise in Middle Eastern topics is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • BCI International program courses are 14 weeks in length, currently taught in three sessions per year.
  • Course appointments are awarded on a term-to-term basis.
  • Employment is considered part-time/temporary.
  • BCI generally compensates its Adjunct Faculty on a per student rate and it takes into consideration faculty rank (Adjunct Associate Professor, Adjunct Professor); the rate for an Adjunct Faculty with a 20 student load is approximately $4500.
